How are these reviews conducted?
Hands-on. We open a real account, verify ID, deposit our own money, play, contact support and withdraw — timing each step. Scores use seven weighted criteria, published in full at /about/how-we-rate/. Until an operator has been through that process, its page shows verified facts only and is marked "review in progress".
How often is this list updated?
The register itself is re-checked on a regular cycle and whenever the AGLC updates its registrant list — new launches are frequent until the 13 October 2026 deadline for registered operators to go live. Each review shows the date it was last checked.
What does "AGLC-registered" actually mean?
The operator passed the Alberta regulator's due diligence, signed a commercial agreement with the Alberta iGaming Corporation, must verify players are 18+, must offer deposit limits and market-wide self-exclusion, and answers to both bodies. Sites not on the register have none of these obligations.
Where are the real user reviews — like on Reddit?
